Refund and Returns/Exchange Policy

Thank you for your interest and support of Beyond Wonderland Creations. My goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with my hand made products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me directly at resolutions@beyondwonderlandcreations.com.

 

Returns / Exchanges
All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore I don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on products unless the fault is mine or there is a defect in the final item. However, I understand that these products can be very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact me, and I can solve the issue (CONDITIONS APPLY).

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@beyondwonderlandcreations.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Beyond Wonderland Creations, C/O Returns - Kami Nelson, 1117 S. Norfolk St, Aurora, CO 80017

Items that are deemed eligible by myself or my team for return will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be received by me with 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your item is received it will be inspected for new and unused condition. Once it passes inspection you will be notified of the status of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at refunds@beyondwonderlandcreations.com

If your refund is not approved the product will be shipped back at your expense and no refunds will be issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@beyondwonderlandcreations.com.

Cancellations

I work hard to ensure that your products get out in a timely fashion, so I start the creation process immediately after an order is received. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact me immediate with the order number and reason for cancellation at the following address: cancellations@beyondwonderlandcreations.com.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be issued to you via the email provided on the return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver once the returned item is received. 

Shipping 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
